What is a Rag Bag?

  • A ‘Rag Bag’ is a crazy good deal on a mind-blowingly fun mystery! Select your gender + size. Then choose a style. You could score limited edition favorites, sold out goodness, or even never-released items!

 

When will Rag Bags be released? How long will they be available?

  • Rag Bags will be available starting Wednesday, March 13th, 2024 at 10am MST. Quantities and availability are while supplies last, so we recommend to be on right at 10am MST to snag what you want! Shop on www.rags.com.

 

What is the price for a Rag Bag?
Limited Rag Bags
  • Each Tank or Short Sleeve Rag Bag Romper (Boy or Girl | One per bag) will be $20 (normally $44!)
  • Each Long Sleeve Rag Bag Romper (Boy or Girl | One per bag) will be $15 (normally $46!) 
  • Each Rag Bag Tee (Boy or Girl | One per bag) will be $15 (normally $35!)
  • Each Rag Bag Sweatshirt (Boy or Girl | One per bag) will be $15 (normally $38!) 
  • Each Rag Bag Dress (One per bag) will be $20 (normally $48)
  • Each Rag Bag Joggers (Boy or Girl | One per bag) will be $20 (normally $28 - $38)
  • Each Rag Bag Shorts (Boy or Girl | One per bag) will be $15 (normally $26 - $34)

Can I use a discount code on Rag Bags?

  • Discount codes are not valid on Rag Bags

What sizes are available?

  • Rags Rompers: 3-6M to 5/6Y
  • Kids Tees: 2T to 11/12Y
  • Joggers: 3-6M to 11/12Y
  • Shorts: 2T - 11/12Y
  • Dresses: 12-18M to 11/12Y
  • Adult: XS to XXL
  • Peek-a-booty™ Infant Rags: 0-3M to 18-24M
  • Bundles, Swaddles, and Hats: One Size - Newborn - 0-3M

Is there a limit to how many Rag Bags I can order?

  • There is no limit! You can order as many Rag Bags as you would like, while supplies last by gender and size.

 

What styles will be included in the Rag Bag? Will holiday items be included?

  • We reserved some new & upcoming styles specifically for our mystery Rag Bag sale! Other options include newly released styles, upcoming styles, everyday favorites, and even some sold-out faves.
  • Holiday styles are excluded.

 

Can I select a gender for my Rag Bag?

  • Yes!
  • Each item is pre-determined as 'boy' or 'girl' by RAGS. We are unable to accommodate exchange requests on styles you may feel were slated as the opposite gender. Please reach out to hello@rags.com with any questions.

      What sleeve lengths are options?

      • Each Rag Bag varies on which options are available. Be sure to read each product description prior to checking out to learn what you could be receiving! Remember, all sales are final. 

       

      Can I purchase a Rag Bag on the RAGS Apparel App?

      • Yes!

       

      What are the chances of getting a duplicate Rag, kids tee, or dress?

      • There is a low likelihood of receiving a duplicate of the same style within the same size. The same style in different sizes is not considered a duplicate. If there is a higher likelihood of receiving a duplicate on a specific style, it will be noted in the product description. 
      • We cannot 100% guarantee no duplicates will be sent, nor can we take any requests to include matching styles (same or different sizes), or ensure no duplicates (if different sizes are ordered).
      • We will do all we can but duplicates can happen. If you happen to receive duplicates, we're sorry but everything is final sale.
      • Those who order more than 5 items of the same style/size are at a higher likelihood of receiving duplicates.

       

      Can I combine shipping on multiple Rag Bag orders?

      • Our fulfillment center is unable to combine or split shipping on any orders for any reason.

       

      What is the policy on returns or exchanges for Rag Bags?

      • All sales are FINAL on Rag Bag items. No returns or exchanges will be accepted.
      • We cannot exchange or alter an order once it has been placed.
      • Please email our dedicated Customer Care team at hello@rags.com if you have any questions about your order.
        • Please be advised that it may take longer than normal to get a response due to the high volume of Rag Bag questions.

       

      What is the fabric for Rag Bag items?

      • Fabric varies based upon each item, but every item features our signature soft, stretchy fabric!

       

      When will my order(s) ship?

      • Due to the high volume of orders for Rag Bags, products ordered in Rag Bags will leave our fulfillment center within 5-10 business days.

       

      Why has someone who ordered after I did (during the day) receive a shipping notification before me?

      • We will have several shipping specialists working on pulling orders, which may account for some orders being fulfilled before others.

       

      Can I get a price adjustment?

      • Price adjustments are not available for Rag Bag items previously purchased. Prices are subject to change at any time.

       

      What if there are technical issues with the site?

      • We cannot combine shipping or offer a shipping discount if there are technical issues with the site.

       

      What if I receive a defective item in my Rag Bag?

      • In the rare instance that a defective item goes out, we are happy to offer a full refund (of the sale price) with the return of the defective item. Please email our dedicated Customer Care team at hello@rags.com and they will be happy to review.
