SALES & DISCOUNTS

All sales are FINAL on Gift Cards, Pre-Orders, Grab Bags, site-wide sales such as Black Friday/Cyber Monday, and Holiday-themed product such as Halloween, 4th of July, etc. Please refer to the individual product detail page for any other exceptions.

Discount codes cannot be combined with any other discount code or offer. 

SHIPPING

We are unable to combine orders or refund shipping on multiple orders as all orders are shipped individually.

We strive to ship all orders, both domestic and international, within 3-7 business days after the purchase date for standard shipping. For expedited and priority shipping, orders will ship the following business day if applicable.

Customers are responsible for providing the correct shipping information prior to shipping. We will ship to the shipping address given at the time of checkout. RAGS is not responsible for packages delivered to an incorrect address. Reshipping of packages returned to RAGS due to an incorrect address can be re-shipped at the customer’s expense.

Packages marked as delivered, but 'not received', are the customer’s responsibility to locate. Please contact your carrier, as they can check the geotag of the delivery scan and escalate an investigation on your behalf. We do not issue refunds on lost packages.

ALTERING AN ORDER 

Please be sure you are purchasing the correct items and sizes with the correct shipping information as we are not able to alter an order once our fulfillment center has begun picking and packing orders.

On RELEASE DATES only: If you notice a discrepancy on your order, please email customerservice@rags.com within ONE hour of the release time. We cannot guarantee that we will be able to intervene before processing, but we will do our best. We are unable to modify on any Gift Card purchases; these orders cannot be canceled or refunded.

INTERNATIONAL ORDERS

We do try to keep taxes and duties as low as possible, however, you will be responsible for your own country’s taxes and customs fees, if applicable.

International shipping can take up to 6-8 weeks for delivery, depending on the country.

Not all countries offer continued tracking once your package has left the United States. If you are not able to locate your package once it has left the United States, please contact the shipping carrier.

PRE-ORDER & BACK ORDER

ALL SALES ARE FINAL.

Any items purchased in the same order as a pre-order or back-order will NOT be shipped separately. All items within a single order will be shipped together.

CANCELLATIONS requested after one hour of the product being released will not be accepted. Because we cut the exact amount ordered, we are not able to cancel or offer returns on these items.

All pre-order and back-ordered items will ship in the specified shipping window for that particular item. Please refer to the product detail page for specifics.

If selected as the shipping method, expedited  shipping will be applied when product begins to ship.  

RETURN & REFUND POLICY

Items can be returned for a refund or store credit of the purchase price of the item (shipping is not included in refund or store credit). Items must be purchased directly from RAGS.com. Customers are responsible for return shipping charges.

If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you can return any unworn, unwashed product, with tags still attached, within 30 days of purchase.

Returns must be submitted and authorized within 30 days of purchase to be eligible for a refund. The product must be received at RAGS within 45 days of original purchase date to be eligible for a refund. Return submissions after 30 days or products not returned within 45 days will not be accepted and no refund will be offered.

All items are inspected upon arrival for signs of wear, damage, or use. If returned items do not meet basic restocking standards, items will be returned to customer.

DEFECTIVE ITEMS

Please inspect items carefully upon receipt. We strive to send perfection but, every once in a while, a defective item may slip through our quality control process. If you believe you have received a defective item, please initiate a return here and you will be contacted via email by our customer service team to handle your case. Note each item is handled on an individual basis.

We stand behind our products 100% and are happy to offer a full refund or store credit for items that are returned back to us, unwashed and unworn. After initiating a return, we will review your case. If the product is deemed defective, we will issue a return shipping label.

For defective items, we do not offer exchanges, refunds, or store credit on purchases over 30 days or on items that have been washed or worn.

**Please remember our products are limited edition and an exchange is not always possible.

**We are not able to offer discounts on defective merchandise.

**All defects are handled individually. Our policy on defective items is subject to change at any time.

DISCOUNT CODES

If you used a discount code to purchase a product that you are returning, we are unable to reissue a new discount code.

EXCHANGES

Due to the limited quantities of our products, we cannot always offer exchanges or hold items for exchange. Please reach out to customerservice@rags.com if you have any questions.

GIFT CARD POLICY

All gift cards purchased on our website are final and non-refundable.
