VIP Events FAQ

What is a VIP event? What do I get for going?
- Our VIP events are your chance to pre-shop one-of-a-kind, limited, & defective Rags at killer prices. We will have light refreshments, raffles, sneak peeks, and more. It's also your chance to meet Rachel, the RAGS team, and fellow Raggers! You will be leaving with a ‘swag bag’ full of goodies from some of our favorite brands!

How long will the VIP events last?
- Please plan on hangin’ for around for 2 hours, from 7pm to 9pm.

What is the schedule or itinerary for the VIP event?
- No set schedule but we will have light refreshments and drinks as you arrive. We’ll show sneak peeks and do raffles afterwards, then open it up to pre-shop!

Can I bring my spouse, kids, or a +1?
- Kids are okay to bring as long as they are worn on you at all times (sling, wrap, carrier). No strollers please. We would love to have your friends and spouses come BUT they do need to buy a ticket. Each person admitted must have a ticket.

Can gift cards or codes be used at the VIP event?
-Unfortunatley, gift cards and codes cannot be used at the event. We accept cash or credit cards only.

Do I need to bring my ticket to the event?
-Yes, please! We will need to see your email confirmation or order number. Please also have your ID handy when you are checking in!

Can I film or take pictures at the VIP event?
-Pictures and video are allowed but are 100% NOT allowed when we are showing sneak peeks. Any infringement of this will result in expulsion from the event.

Does everyone shop at once? How much time do I have to shop?
-Yes! To make it fair for everyone, we are allowing all attendees to shop at once. It can get a little crazy, so please be respectful of other shoppers. We are allowing 15 minutes to shop!

Can I return my ticket?
-Sales on tickets for VIP events are FINAL and non-refundable.

Can I shop for someone else?
-If you bought a ticket, feel free to shop for whoever you would like!

I can’t go anymore but I bought a ticket. Can I change the name on the ticket?
-Yes, please email customerservice@rags.com with the full name of the person that purchased the ticket and the name you would like to change it to. Please include your order # as well. Any email received for name change requests will not be fulfilled unless there is an order # with it.

Will the VIP events be indoors or outdoors?
-Dallas will be indoors, So Cal is still to be determined.

Is there a limit on how much I can buy?
-No limit! #noRAGrets
