I ordered several short sleeve rompers for my 4.5 year old who is developmentally delayed and in diapers due to incontinence. They are functional in that he cannot stick his hand anywhere to get into his diaper. The legs do ride up, so it almost looks like he’s wearing bloomers at times. I’m not sure if it’s easier for a Nuro typical child to pull the shirt down in order to use the bathroom, but it seems like it would be difficult, and it’s also difficult to pull it down to change a diaper. However, I don’t think that this romper was designed with that as its focal selling point. When the legs or pull down appropriately, he looks very cute and his romper and you cannot tell that he’s wearing a diaper which draws less attention.
Our first Rag Romper, tank style yellow checkers. This is so cute! I love it and my daughter looks so cute with it on. She’s 5 months, 24inches, 14 pounds, and wearing a 6-12 and it’s cozy with plenty of room to grow into it, a 3-6 might have fit her perfectly snug too so I guess your kiddo can go either size if theyre in between sizes.
