When does Black Friday start?
Monday 11/23 at 10am MST on rags.com! 

 

What is RAGS Black Friday deal?
25% off site-wide*!!! We will also be loading new styles every day (starting 11/23 at 10am MST).
*excludes Essentials 

 

Do I have to enter a code at checkout for the site-wide discount?
Nope! The code BLACKFRIYAY2020 for 25% off will automatically apply at checkout (after 10am MST 11/23/20) on eligible items. You’ll see the discount on eligible items when viewing your cart. Essentials will NOT be discounted. 

 

What is included in the RAGS site-wide discount?
EVERYTHING on the site, excluding our Essentials collection. Score Rags, kids tees, dresses, kids sweatshirts, baby pouches, adult shirts and pullovers, and all accessories. Essentials Rags, kids tees, kids cardigans, and kids joggers are excluded. 

 

This year RAGS is having 'daily Black Friday deals'. When and how will I know what the daily deal is? 
We will have daily deals from 11/19/19 - 12/2/19. For the most part, all daily deals will begin at 10am MST each day. Subscribe to our daily deals newsletter here, and turn on notifications for @rags_to_raches posts and Stories to stay in the loop.

 

Can I get a credit or a price-match if I order an item and it goes on a deeper discount soon after? 

 Unfortunately not. Since we will be having multiple rotating deals throughout the week, we will be unable to credit or refund any orders purchased previously.

 

What is the shipping window for Black Friday (11/23/20 - 11/30/20)?
All orders will ship within 1-10 business days, though most will likely be fulfilled and shipped sooner. When your order has shipped, you will receive an email notification. We can guarantee they will leave our fulfillment center within this window but cannot account for any potential delays by carriers due to high seasonal volume of packages. 

 

How can I know what new styles are releasing each day?
Turn on notifications for our @rags_to_raches Instagram Stories and keep a close eye on our site! All new Black Friday items will be available under our ’Shop All’ and ’New Releases’ collection. 

 

Are Essentials Rags and kids tees eligible for discount?
No. These super soft gems are already at an amazing price and not eligible for an additional discount. You can of course purchase these items but the Black Friday discount will not apply to these items in your cart. 

 

What about your collaborative collections?
Yes! Disney and Star Wars styles will be included in our site-wide Black Friday sale. 

 

Can I use another discount code with my Black Friday purchase?
No. Only one discount code may be applied at checkout, and since BLACKFRIYAY2020 is automatically applied at checkout, no other discount codes may be used.

 

Can I use a gift card?
Of course! Enter your gift card code as a payment method.

 

Will Afterpay be offered?
You betcha. Afterpay and all our normal payment methods will be available to use during Black Friday. 

 

I’m looking at my cart and the code BLACKFRIYAY2020 is applied, but only some of the items are discounted. Why is this?
All limited edition items are eligible for discount. However, if you have items from the Essentials Collection in your cart, including Essentials Rags, kids tees, kids cardigans, or kids joggers, those items will not be discounted. If you have any questions about the items in your cart, you are welcome to send an email to hello@rags.com.

 

I placed multiple orders. Can they be combined?
Unfortunately our fulfillment center cannot combine orders for any reason. 

 

Are all sales final?
Yes. All sales are final on any discounted styles. 
Can I expedite ship my items?
Unfortunately we are unable to expedite ship any orders.
